Building regulation drawings include detail drawings of specific areas of the build, such as foundations, walls etc. The drawings and details drawings are fully dimensioned.

Building Regulation Notes

Building regulation notes are required for Building Control, they include the specification of materials and processes used during the build process.  They assist the builder during the build programme and ensure your project meets current building regulations.

Estimate of Works & Materials

How do you know what a fair price is for your project, wouldn’t it be useful to have a complete summary of how much you project is going to cost. We have software that can provide you with a detailed costing, including a Bill of Materials and a Bill of Works.

Site Health &
Safety

Allestree Design Services can provide clients with a bespoke package of health and safety documentation, tailored for your project. The pack includes a Pre-Construction Plan, Risk Assessments and COSHH sheets, all are required to ensure the protection of all on-site.

Acting as your
Agent

Applying for planning permission or building regulations is a takes time and many clients prefer someone to do this for them. Allestree Design Services regularly act as the agent for clients and apply for both planning permission and speak to building control.

Party Wall Arrangement

A party wall agreement is a legal agreement made between you and your neighbours regarding any building work occuring that affects either a shared wall, outbuilding, or boundary.
