Applying for planning permission or building regulations is a takes time and many clients prefer someone to do this for them. Allestree Design Services regularly act as the agent for clients and apply for both planning permission and speak to building control on their behalf. We complete all the necessary forms, electronically attach the required drawings and specifications when the application is made.
 
It normally takes about 8 weeks from the date of application to receiving approval.
 
Should any amendments be required, these are handled seamlessly by us.
